Day-Of Coordination
€1,800 (all taxes included)
Planned everything yourself? On the big day, let me take it from here.
Beforehand
- A careful read-through of your vendor contracts, to make sure nothing's been overlooked (will the caterer leave ice for your impromptu after-dinner drinks?)
- Attending the venue's technical walkthrough, so everything feels second nature on the day
- A detailed run-of-show shared with all your vendors
- A full run-through of the day's schedule, to nail down the best timing for key moments together
- A moodboard, if you'd like one, to get your vendors aligned on the look and feel you want
- Help managing your files (guest list, seating chart, information to gather…)
The Big Day
- Checking every area of the venue
- Coordinating every vendor throughout the day so all you have to do is enjoy it — the photographer won't forget to shoot the groom's side, and you won't be late to your own ceremony
- Coordinating setup (tables, chairs) with the venue team
- Welcoming and looking after your guests
- Setting out place cards, menus, favors, and the seating chart
- Coordinating surprises with your loved ones, timed perfectly with the caterer and DJ for a seamless flow

- Unlimited meetings
- Sourcing and managing all your vendors
- Creating the moodboard — your wedding's visual identity
- Organizing tastings (menu and drinks)
- Budget management and payment tracking, through a simple, practical tracking file
- A complete countdown timeline plus a day-of schedule
- Technical walkthrough of the venue
The Big Day
- Coordinating all vendors and rentals
- A technical file and schedule shared with every vendor
- Managing your loved ones' contributions (speeches, surprises…)
- Setting out place cards, menus, favors, and the seating chart
Optional
- Full guest management: tracking RSVPs, counting children, collecting special menu requests, and sharing practical information — available as an add-on
- Planning or coordinating your welcome dinner and/or next-day brunch — quoted on request
